I remember when anxiety controlled my life — the overwhelming sense of doom, depersonalisation, loss of appetite, tiredness, racing heart, lump in throat and more.

Bit by bit, I started to shrink my life. I stopped going out, avoided social situations, worked from home, and became more isolated with each passing day.

After being let down multiple times by my GP and the NHS, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

In the years that followed, I dedicated myself to researching, learning, and testing a wide range of therapeutic approaches and regulation techniques. Through this process, I discovered what truly works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to making real, lasting progress with anxiety recovery.

I was able to turn my life around and achieve genuine Anxiety Freedom.
